Rapt Body Policies
(Please read thoroughly before booking. All policies are strictly enforced.)
Deposits / Booking Fees
All appointments require a 50% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit/booking fee to secure your appointment.
Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances
Deposits will be applied toward your total service cost if the appointment is kept or rescheduled (one-time transfer only)
Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit is received
Consultation Requirement
All Liquid BBL and Weight Loss services require a consultation appointment prior to booking.
Clients must be approved during consultation before securing a service appointment
Consultation fees (if applicable) are separate from service deposits
Failure to complete a consultation will result in cancellation of scheduled service appointments
Medical Director Requirement & Fees
If a Medical Director evaluation, clearance, or paperwork is required:
A separate fee will apply
This fee must be paid in full prior to being seen or evaluated
Services requiring Medical Director involvement will not be performed without proper clearance
Medical Director fees are non-refundable
Age Requirement
All services are provided to clients 18 years of age or older only.
Valid identification may be required prior to services.
Rescheduling & Cancellations
If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, you must do so at least 24 hours in advance.
Failure to do so will result in:
A No-Show Fee (remaining balance) OR
A $30 cancellation fee
(Deposits remain non-refundable and are not included in these fees.)
Deposit Transfer Policy
Deposits may be transferred ONE TIME ONLY
Rescheduled appointments must be within 5 days of the original appointment date
After one transfer, the deposit becomes non-transferable
A new deposit will be required to book another appointment
No Call / No Show
Clients who fail to show up without notice will:
Be charged the FULL service amount
Be blocked from booking future appointments
Payments
Remaining balances must be paid in full before services begin
Late Policy
10-minute grace period allowed
11–15 minutes late: $30 late fee
After 15 minutes: Appointment is considered a No Call / No Show
Full service amount will be charged
Same-Day & Travel Appointments
Same-day appointments are available for an additional fee
Travel services are available for clients 3 weeks or less post-op
Travel fees:
$30–$75 per session
$125–$250 per package
Payment Plans
50% deposit required to start
Remaining balance must be paid weekly or biweekly
Payments are due by 6:00 PM on scheduled due dates
Late payments:
$25 late fee per day until balance is paid
No Refund Policy
All services and payments are FINAL.
NO REFUNDS will be issued under any circumstances once a service has been booked or rendered.
Guest Policy
To maintain a professional and safe environment:
No additional guests are allowed in the treatment room during services
A waiting area is available for anyone accompanying you
Media & Recording Policy
By booking and receiving services with Rapt Body, you acknowledge and agree that:
Business Recording
Photos and videos may be taken during your session
Content may be used for progress tracking, educational purposes, and business promotion
Your privacy will be respected, and sensitive areas will not be exposed without consent
Client Recording
Personal recording (photos, videos, live streaming, etc.) is NOT permitted during services unless prior approval is given for promotional purposes
Failure to follow this policy will result in:
Immediate cancellation of your appointment and any future appointments
No refunds issued
Any remaining balance will be charged in full
