POLICY

(Please read throughly)

*Rapt Body policy is enforced at all times!

• All appointments REQUIRE a 50% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit to book all appointments are confirmed once deposites are paid and will be used towards your service total.

• If there is a need to reschedule or cancel please do so 24 HOURS prior to your scheduled appointment time to not be charged a no show fee or cancelation fee. (deposit not included as stated above deposits are non-refundable)

• Deposits can be transferred ONE TIME ONLY for appointments rescheduled with-in 5 days of original appointment day. upon second time of rescheduling appointment deposit will no longer be tranferrable. A new appointment will have to be scheduled with a new deposit.

• NO CALL/NO SHOW will be charged the full amount of the scheduled services and will be BLOCKED from booking future appointments.

• Remaining balance are due before starting any services.

• There is a grace period of 10 minutes starting at 11-15 minutes there is a $35 late fee after 15 minutes of your scheduled appointment time you are considered a no show/no call and maybe charged a no show no call fee.

• Same day appointment are available with a fee.
